Ben Bush scores late to help Spring Lake tie with Reeths-Puffer on Saturday

The Spring Lake soccer team fought back in the second half on Saturday to tie Reeths-Puffer 1-1 in a non-conference clash.

Reeths-Puffer held a 1-0 halftime lead after scoring early in the game on a penalty kick which saw Jaxon Carpenter find the back of the net.

Late in the second half, Ben Bush found the back of the net off an assist from Sheldon Bunnell.

The two teams went scoreless the rest of the game, finishing tied.

Spring Lake had 11 shots on goal while Reeths-Puffer finished with 10 shots on goal.
