The Fruitport girls bowling team took home the Mona Shores Invitational squad 2 tournament title on Saturday.
The Trojans finished with a total of 2033 pins while Mona Shores totaled 2018, Whitehall totaled 1958, Reeths-Puffer totaled 1714 and Orchard View totaled 1651.
Jessica Plichta led the Trojans with a series total of 384.
Karli VanDuinen of Whitehall took first place with a score of 432 while Bailey Graham of Mona Shores took second with a total of 386.
Rounding out the top five were Danika Cooper of Mona Shores with 357 and Lily Palomo of Reeths-Puffer with a total of 337.
Mona Shores Boys Take First – The Mona Shores boys bowling team brought home the team crown in the Mona Shores Invitational squad 2 tournament.
The Sailors finished first with a score of 2417 followed by Fruitport with 2313, Reeths-Puffer with 2275, Whitehall with 2130 and Orchard View with 2122.
Caleb Leonard of Mona Shores finished first overall with a score of 480 while Charlie Glamzi of Whitehall finished second with 409.
Rounding out the top five were Hunter Johnsen of Reeths-Puffer with 404, Jon Gemzer of Mona Shores with 396 and Evan Simonis of Fruitport with 389.
