Three Montague players had huge offensive nights to lead the Wildcats to an easy 11-3 win over Lakeview on Friday in non-conference soccer action.

Emma Jensen and Kendall Osborne each had four goals for Montague while Katie Weesies added three goals. Jensen also had three assists to complete a big night. Anna Woller and Payton Johnson added two assists apiece.

Montague improved to 7-4 on the season.

GRAND HAVEN 3, EAST KENTWOOD 0 – Grand Haven led 1-0 at halftime after Neala Wilson scored off a corner kick. Kate Klahorst and Avery Richardson added goals in the second half to wrap up the win for the Bucs, who are now 6-3-2 overall and 6-2-1 in conference play.

Wilson, Ani Fett and Leah Huyler all had assists for Grand Haven.

NORTH MUSKEGON 8, SHELBY 0 – Audrey Wilson and Hope Johnson each scored three goals for the Norse, who improved to 11-1-0 overall and 6-0 in conference play.

Emily Olsen had a goal and three assists for the Norse. Syann Fairfield also scored a goal in the second half, after playing goalie in the first half.

Fairfield and Emma Lamiman combined for the shutout in goal.

REETHS-PUFFER 1, LUDINGTON 0 – Reeths-Puffer’s Sophia Hekkema scored the lone goal of the game.

Hailey Bos, Emersen Berndt, Jaymi Carmean and Irie Niklasch were credited with strong defensive games for the Rockets, while Ava Klopp and Tessa Lamphere combined to stop 10 shots in goal and share the shutout.

Reeths-Puffer, which had an 11-10 edge in shots, is now 5-2-4 on the season. Ludington dropped to 9-4.

MONA SHORES 1, HUDSONVILLE UNITY CHRISTIAN 1 – The Sailors trailed 1-0 at halftime, then got the equalizer in the second half with a goal by Lydia Sowles, who was assisted by Riley Rosenthal.

Mia Brown, Annie Anderson and Molly Wolf were credited with great midfield play, while defenders Kennedy McCombs, Jami Mikesee and Lauren Hylland held Unity Christian to just five shots on goal.

Mona Shores is now 10-2-1 on the season.
