The Muskegon Catholic Central girls volleyball team finished 2-3 at the Fremont Round Robin Tournament on Saturday.
The Crusaders defeated Sparta and Hesperia while falling to Western Michigan Christian, Plainwell and Fremont.
Claire LaVigne had 12 aces and Elaina LaGuire added 6 for MCC, now 8-6 on the season. Erin LaVigne had 39 kills and Clara Burkall had 13.
In blocking, Burkall had eight. Claire LaVigne was the leading in assists with 36 and Emma Meierhauser and Claire LaVigne had 22 and 21 digs, respectively.
MCC next plays on Thursday at Muskegon High School for a 6:30 p.m. start.
