Mona Shores cruised past Grand Rapids Union in an OK-Green conference  matchup on Friday.

The Sailors jumped out to a 24-4 lead to end the first quarter and never looked back en route to a 67-19 win.

Khaleeya Cook was the leading scorer for the Sailors with 15 points. Olivia Sobczak and Lilly Miller each added 14 of their own while Jenna Tierman added nine points.

GR Union’s leading scorer was Christina Maze with all 19 of Union’s points.

Mona Shores remains at the top of the OK-Green at 7-1 with the win and improve to 12-2 on the season. Shores will travel to Zeeland West on February 8th.

Union falls to 6-7 overall and 2-6 in the OK-Green. Union will host Muskegon on February 8th.
