Kent City uses a dominant first half to explode past Orchard View in their regular season finale

KENT CITY–The Eagles made 10 first half 3-point shots and never looked back in their route of the Orchard View Cardinals 78-46.

Kent City dropped 30 points in the first quarter and led 30-13. They increased their halftime lead to a score of 51-18. The onslaught continued as the Eagles led 73-33 at the end of the third quarter.

Hayden Carlson had 35 points in a dominant performance. Jaret Jaramillo scored 15 points.
Kyler Larson finished with 13 of his own.

Kent City improves to 14-6 on the season. The Eagles will play Lakeview in their district opener on Monday at White Cloud High School.

Orchard View finishes the regular season with a record of 4-15. The Cardinals open their districts against Spring Lake on Monday at Spring Lake High School.
