MUSKEGON – The Muskegon Catholic girls tennis team won a close match against Fremont on Monday.

Three of the eight flights were decided in the third set tiebreaker. MCC won, 5-3.

Fremont’s Lauren Adsmond and Sydney Moon earned wins in singles play at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.

The duo of Kyra DeAugustine and Chelsey Rasmussen claimed a win at No. 4 doubles.

Fremont will be at home on Wednesday against Manistee.

Muskegon Catholic Central will travel to Coopersville Wednesday.
