Spring Lake handed a pair of losses in double dual volleyball match

HUDSONVILLE – The Spring Lake volleyball team drew a blank in a double dual at Hudsonville Unity Christian on Tuesday.

The Lakers were 0-2 with losses against Holland Christian (14-25, 26-24, 17-25, 17-25) and Allendale (24-26, 15-25, 23-25).

Kallie Lewkowski led the Lakers with 21 digs, 20 kills and three blocks while Brooke Bolthouse chipped in 27 digs and 11 kills.

Kara Constantine and Avery Britt added 25 and 21 assists, respectively.

Spring Lake will compete at the Calvin Christian Invitational on Saturday.
