MUSKEGON – The Muskegon Catholic Central boys basketball team struggled in an Alliance League contest against Wyoming Tri-Unity Christian on Monday night.

The Crusaders were behind 50-25 by halftime and couldn’t recover in a 77-39 setback.

Tri-Unity came into the game tied for No. 2 in the Division 4 state rankings for this week.

Jacob Lyonnais led Muskegon Catholic with 13 points, followed by Owen Lyonnais with 11 points. Aaron Lamach chipped in six points.

Muskegon Catholic (4-14, 1-4) will be at home on Friday against Western Michigan Christian.
