The Oakridge girls’ basketball team won a hard-fought defensive battle on Tuesday night, defeating Ravenna 33-25 in a West Michigan Conference clash.

The Eagles jumped out to a 13-6 lead after one quarter of play, led 16-10 at halftime and had a 22-16 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.

Cambria Guenthardt paced Oakridge with 11 points and four rebounds, while Anna Lundquist added seven points and led the way with 16 rebounds.

Kaelinn Jozsa chipped in with four points and seven rebounds for the Eagles.

The Bulldogs were led by Mattisen Crowley with 10 points and Addison Gillard scored nine.
