Ravenna has little trouble taking down Hesperia in WMC girls’ basketball action

HESPERIA – The Ravenna girls basketball team breezed by Hesperia, 45-13, for a WMC-Rivers win on Friday evening.

The Bulldogs led 19-6 after the first two quarters and continued to keep their foot on the gas.

Addison Gillard and Mattisen Crowley led the Bulldogs with nine points apiece. Alivia Gilbert and Natalie Rosel each scored eight points. 

The Panthers’ Abby Joppich scored six points and Sarissa Conkle added five points. 

Ravenna (7-9, 4-6) will travel to Montague on Tuesday.

Hesperia (3-14, 0-10) will hit the road Monday to visit Manistee.
