CUSTER — Mason County Eastern hosted Frankfort in a non-conference girls softball doubleheader Tuesday and dropped both games, 15-0 and 16-0.
Miley Kessel was in the pitcher’s circle for the first game and gave up six hits, struck out four and walked 11. The defense committed four errors behind her.
Bridget Whitaker had a single for the Cardinals’ offense.
Kessel pitched the nightcap as well, and again gave up six hits and walked five. The Cardinals were guilty of eight errors in the field.
The Cardinals travels to Onekama for a non-conference twin bill on Thursday.
