Daggett sparks Whitehall to one-sided basketball victory over Orchard View

WHITEHALL – Lexi Daggett put up 20 points to help lead the Whitehall girls’ basketball team to a 55-21 WMC-Lakes victory over Orchard View on Thursday.

The Vikings’ Clare Westerlund scored 12 points, while Sidney Shepherd and Peyton Schultz each added six points. Janie Fagan chipped in five points.

Elixis Scott and Kadence Day each scored five points for the Cardinals.

Whitehall (8-4, 3-3) hosts Montague on Friday, Jan. 24.

Orchard View (1-10, 0-6) is at home on Tuesday against Hesperia.
