ALPENA – The Fremont girls soccer team continued their travels and came away with a 4-1 victory over Alpena on Saturday.
The Packers took a 2-0 lead by halftime and never gave up the lead.
Esther Vissia led with two goals in the second half. Mia Clemence and Riley Chase each had a goal and an assist while Breven Powell chipped in an assist.
The Packers outshot Alpena, 10-6.
Fremont’s Hallie Snyder posted the win in goal with five saves.
Fremont (4-0) will open West Michigan Conference play at Oakridge on Monday.
