Mason County Central and Hesperia will represent the local area at the State Team Finals in Battle Creek next weekend.
Mason County Central will face the winner of the Clare regional on Feb. 21 at 7:45 p.m. in the quarterfinals.
Hesperia will wrestle at 1 p.m. on Friday Feb. 21 against the winner of the Manistique regional.
Here are the results of Wednesday’s regional team results.
DIVISION 1
Grand Haven topped Forst Hills Central 35-34 in the regional semifinals before falling in the regional finals 43-34 to Grandville.
DIVISION 2
Fruitport beat Grand Rapids Northview 63-15 in the regional semifinals before falling to Lowell 48-22 in the regional finals.
DIVISION 3
Mason County Central advanced to the state quarterfinals in Battle Creek with a win over Grayling in the regional finals. The Spartand beat Gladstone in the semifinals.
Whitehall lost in the regional semifinals 47-20 to Grand Rapids Catholic Central.
DIVISION 4
Hesperia advanced to the Division 4 state quarterfinals with a 76-0 win over Mio in the finals. The Panthers beat Leroy-Pine River 42-25 in the semifinals.
Kent City lost in the regional semifinals 30-27 to St. Louis.
