ADA – The Reeths-Puffer boys golf team finished last in the Forest Hills Invitational at Egypt ValleyCountry Club on Monday.

The Rockets faced some tough competition and wrapped up with a team score of 388.

“Golf can be a humbling sport and today, as a team and as individuals, we were humbled,” said Reeths-Puffer coach Matt Pallett.

Kristian Brown led the Rockets with a 93, while Aiden Waggoner and Kaeden Benner carded 94 and 98, respectively. Ayden Hartzell added a 103 and Jamie Neel shot a 113.

“Egypt Valley is a tough course, especially if you are not playing well,” said Pallett. “I purposely challenged our team by putting us in a tough competition on a tough course for our first event. This event will make us better.”
