Fill out the information below to sign up for the Eighth-Annual LSJ Golf Outing on Friday, May 31.
The cost is $100 per golfer and $400 for a foursome. Participants will enjoy breakfast, 18 holes of golf, hole-in-one challenges, lunch and raffle winners.
Golfers can pay by credit card or by mailing a check written out to Local Sports Journal at 2364 Seminole Rd., Norton Shores, MI 49441.
