The Week 8 Game Poll has been posted and there’s still time to make your picks.

How did our readers do last week? It appears LSJ readers know how to pick high school football games.

Based on voting from last week, LSJ readers picked the winner in 15 of 16 games. The only error came in the Mona Shores vs. GR Kenowa Hills game in which the Sailors had 29 votes to Kenowa’s 2.

We’re wondering if voters can pick winners again this week because there are some good matchups.

The Sailors are in a must-win situation as far as their playoff hopes, but they travel to undefeated Zeeland East. Muskegon Catholic is another team on the edge of the playoffs with a tough matchup against undefeated Fruitport. Mason County Central and Hart could be a tight game as well as North Muskegon at Montague.
