Strong first half propels Fremont over Kent City in girls soccer action

Bre Harris’ three goal and one assist performance led the Fremont girls soccer team to an 8-0 win over Kent City on Tuesday night.

The Packers jumped out to a 7-0 halftime lead.

Fremont’s Alena Christensen, Bryar Vasquez, Natalie Jamison, Holly Kortge and Abby Pell each added a goal while Vasquez chipped in with two assists.

Pell and Jewel Daniels combined to earn a shutout victory in net for the Packers.

Fremont is now 9-2 on the season and 7-2 in league play.
