Morley-Stanwood guns down Kent City, escapes with Class C district title

Travis McCuaig poured in 29 points and led Morley-Stanwood to a 73-69 Class C district victory over the Kent City Eagles.

McCuaig also added six rebounds and four assists.

Kent City received stellar games from Jake Krueger with 29 points and 10 rebounds. Austin Thompson had 13 points and four assists.

Morley-Stanwood led by four ponts at the half and by one after three quarters.
