Host Walkerville falls to Brethern in district volleyball quarterfinal match

WALKERVILLE – Brethern will take on Pentwater at Wednesday’s district semifinal match after dispatching host Walkerville at Monday’s district opener.

Brethern defeated the Wildcats 3-1.

Pentwater, which had an opening-round bye, will face Brethren in Wednesday’s early game. On the other side of the bracket, Manistee Catholic Central will face the winner of Monday’s Mason County Eastern/Baldwin match in the late district semifinal match.
