The Muskegon Big Reds showed maturity in their win over Hudsonville for the Class A regional title. The Big Reds jumped out to an early lead but found themselves trailing in the second half. Muskegon closed the doors on Hudsonville with a 16-6 fourth quarter run.
Deshawn Thrower put up a significant 18-point first half effort and finished with 28 points. Deyonta Davis put in key points and adjusted many Hudsonville shots.
