Tigers 6, White Sox 4 – The Tigers won the three-game series over the Chicago White Sox after Sunday afternoon’s comeback victory.
Detroit’s starting pitcher Alfredo Simon pitched the win, going eight innings and giving up one earned run on five hits.
J.D. Martinez and Yoenis Cespedes each homered in the game for the Tigers.
Detroit will have tomorrow off before starting a seven-game
home stand, starting Tuesday night against the Chicago Cubs.
