Orioles 9, Tigers 3 – The Tigers dropped their second straight game and the three-game series to the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday afternoon.
Jose Iglesias went 4-for-4 with a double for the Tigers, while Anthony Gose, Yoenis Cespedes and Jefry Marte each knocked in a run.
Detroit starting pitcher Justin Verlander took the loss, allowing seven runs on eight hits in 3 2/3 innings.
The Tigers will start a four-game series with the Seattle Mariners on Monday night before heading
back on the road.
