The following are district pairings for Michigan High School Athletic Association playoff football games involving area teams.
Our area had eight teams qualify this year – Mona Shores, Muskegon, Muskegon Catholic, Whitehall, Oakridge, Montague, Mason County Central and Hesperia.
All eight teams will play first round games this weekend – most of them on Friday – but official dates and times will not be announced until Monday. Check with Local Sports Journal for complete details on Monday.
