Logan Helton was the lone player to break the end zone for MCC on a 23-yard touchdown run. The play put MCC behind 7-6 midway through the first quarter.

DCC led 28-6 by halftime and was highlighted by a 79-yard punt return TD by Chris Bergin and a Kone Bowman 1-yard run that capped a 41-yard pass reception by Tommy Young.

The Crusaders are now 5-2 heading into Week 9 and will face Ravenna at home on Friday.
