Panthers 2, Red Wings 1 (OT)-The Red Wings continued their trend of playing in overtime games on Sunday afternoon and were defeated by the Florida Panthers.

The Red Wings have played the extra period in six of their last seven, they won three of the games.

Rookie sensation Dylan Larkin scored his 10th goal of the season for Detroit.

Pistons 87, Nets 83– Thaddeus Young’s 19 point and 10 rebound effort led the Brooklyn Nets over the Detroit Pistons on Sunday evening.

The Nets erased an eight-point deficit, closing the game on a 28-16 run.

The Pistons were led by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope with 21 points, while Andre Drummond added 20 points and 18 rebounds. Reggie Jackson chipped in with nine assists.

The Pistons are now 8-9 on the season, good for fourth place in the Central Division.

Detroit will come back home to host the Houston Rockets on Monday night.
