Pistons 96, Cavaliers 88 – The Pistons snapped their five-game losing streak with a victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night.
Detroit led 33-28 at the end of first quarter, 56-49 at halftime and 75-68 after three quarters.
Reggie Jackson paced the Pistons with 23 points, while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 19. Andre Drummond picked up a double-double with 16 points and 15 rebounds.
The Pistons are now 28-29 on the season, good for ninth place in the Eastern Conference. They are two games out of playoff contention with 25 games remaining.
Detroit will head back home to host the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.
