The Oakridge girls soccer team cruised past Mason County Central 8-0 on Tuesday in a West Michigan Conference contest.

The Eagles led 3-0 at the half, then poured in five quick goals during the second half to end the game early on the mercy rule.

Madison Bisson led Oakridge with two goals, while Andy Cartwright had a goal and two assists and Avery Wildig also had two assists.

Oakridge’s goalkeeper Brooke Ruel picked up the shutout victory in net.
