Three players score twice, Ludington opens with an 8-0 soccer win over Shelby

The Ludington soccer team kicked off the new season with an 8-0 victory over Shelby on Friday.

Lucian Chasse, Ben Knoer and Caleb Schoon each had two goals for Ludington.

Lynn Richard and Jacob Anderson added single tallies for the Orioles.

Chasse, Noah Peterson, Brayden Porter and Allessio Careddy had assists.

Ludington goalkeeper Kyle Wendt secured the shutout with three saves.
