Weekend Soccer Roundup: Spring Lake wins fifth in a row, Ludington falls to Cadillac

The Spring Lake boys soccer team defeated Coopersville 5-0 on Saturday in a make-up game.

Tommy Fine and Malachi Mulder each had two goals to lead the Lakers while Porter Saunders had a goal of his own.

The Lakers will next wrap up their home regular season schedule with a game against Grand Rapids Catholic Central on Saturday.

LUDINGTON FALLS TO CADILLAC

The Ludington soccer team fell 3-1 on Saturday to Cadillac in a non-conference game.

Kyle Wendt had the lone Oriole goal, scoring off an assist from Noah Peterson. Goalkeeper Maxime Greiner had seven saves on the day.

Ludington falls to 13-4-2 overall on the year.
