The Hart girls basketball team used a strong offensive first quarter to take a 17-13 lead that eventually led to a 49-44 victory over Hesperia on Monday.
Emily Bayle led Hesperia with 17 points while Allison Bayle added 11.
Hart was paced by Jayd Hovey with 14 points and Kendall Williamson with 11 points.
LUDINGTON 58, MUSKEGON CATHOLIC 14 – The Ludington girls basketball team used a 20-1 first quarter advantage to defeat Muskegon Catholic 58-14 on Monday.
Breana Mesyer and Hailee Stowe each had 12 points to lead Ludington while McKenna Gentry led the Crusaders (1-7, 1-3) with seven points.
