Ludington shuts out Muskegon Catholic in Lakes 8 boys soccer matchup, stays undefeated

The Ludington Orioles boys soccer team continued their perfect season as they shutout Muskegon Catholic Central 8-0 in a Lakes 8 matchup.

Yebe Boerma and Connor Wendt led in scoring for the Orioles, both with two scores.

Mason Verstrat, Ryan Milspaugh, Bradley Paul and Nate Wagner also contributed with goals of their own.

Supporting Ludington’s goals were assists from Nate Wagner, Conor Wendt, Bryce Billings, Mason Verstrat and Ultan Ryan.

Ludington is now 6-0 overall and 1-0 in the Lakes 8.

The Orioles next host North Muskegon in a nonconference matchup on Saturday.
