Mendiola scores two goals as Orchard View gets by Fremont 2-0

FREMONT – The Orchard View girls soccer team got by the Fremont Packers on Thursday evening by a score of 2-0 in non-league action.

Nazalia Mendiola was busy in the second half and scored a pair of goals for the Cardinals.

Kyah McGruther had an assist on the night, while Skyler Rowell offered up strong play defensively.

Orchard View (2-1) will host Shelby on Monday affternoon.

Fremont (2-2) is set to host Remus Chippewa Hills on Monday evening.
