BYRON CENTER – The Fruitport Calvary Christian volleyball team fell in four sets to Zion Christian on Tuesday evening.
The Eagles lost 21-25, 14-25, 25-21 and 26-28.
Ella Dykman led with 13 kills, eight digs and a pair of aces while Marissa Tyler chipped in 11 digs and seven aces. Michayla Assaad had eight digs, five kills and an ace. Sarah Deuby had 10 kills and nine digs.
Calvary Christian (4-5, 0-1) will be at the Muskegon Catholic Central Invitational on Saturday.
