Fruitport volleyball goes winless in quad match on Tuesday

COOPERSVILLE – The Fruitport volleyball team had a tough outing with an 0-2 finish in a quad match on Tuesday.

The Trojans dropped tough matches to Grand Rapids West Catholic (18-25, 19-25, 25-19, 17-25) and host Coopersville (25-15, 21-25, 15-25, 18-25).

Sadie Haase accumulated 23 kills, seven digs and a pair of aces while Gracelynn Olson had 46 assists, 17 digs, six kills and an ace. Ellie Stroup added 12 digs, eight kills and four aces. Ashton Olson had 10 kills, seven digs and an ace. 

Fruitport will visit Hamilton for a quad match next Tuesday.
