Friday night’s playoff football scores; Saturday’s pairing

 

There were 12 area football teams in action on Friday night. Two of those games included two teams in the Local Sports Journal coverage area doing battle for a spot in next week’s district final game.

 

 Next week’s schedule also could include games pitting area teams battling one another for a spot in the next round  – Division 2, 4 and 6.

 

One more game is set for Saturday when undefeated North Muskegon hosts Union City at 1 p.m.
