FRUITPORT – The Fruitport Calvary Christian volleyball team won its two matches in a tri-match on Friday.
The Eagles defeated Muskegon Heights Academy (25-12, 25-10, 25-13) and Orchard View (26-24, 25-21, 25-20).
Ella Dykman led with 33 kills, nine digs, six aces and two blocks, while Marissa Tyler had 51 assists, 15 digs and five aces. Michayla Assaad threw in 11 digs and six aces. Kara Baas contributed 11 kills and three blocks.
Fruitport Calvary Christian (16-14-2) will host the opening round of the Division 4 district tournament on Monday. The Eagles will face Fowler.
