FRUITPORT – The Fruitport Calvary Christian volleyball team went 2-2 in the Alliance League tournament on Saturday.

The Eagles split pool play with a win over Wyoming Lee (25-19, 25-15) and a loss to West Michigan Aviation Academy (24-26, 12-25).

In pool play, the Eagles topped Muskegon Catholic Central (25-19, 25-15) but dropped a semifinal match to Tri-Unity Christian (12-25, 20-25), which went on to win the tournament.

Ella Dykman led with 28 kills, nine aces, nine digs and seven blocks, while Brooke Trumbull chipped in 12 digs, five aces and four kills. Sarah Deuby added 14 digs, 13 kills and an ace.

Marissa Tyler had 49 assists, 12 digs and three aces. Kara Baas contributed five kills and three blocks.

Calvary Christian (14-14-2) will travel to Baldwin on Tuesday.
