Muskegon Community College women’s soccer shuts out Ancilla College

DONALDSON, IN – The Muskegon Community College womens’ soccer team snagged a shutout victory over Marion University’s Ancilla College on Wednesday. The Jayhawks won 3-0.

Lydia Sowles led the Jayhawks’ attack with a pair of goals and an assist ,while Marisa Strandberg knocked in a single score. Lainey Canan and McKenna Gentry each added an assist.

Sam Van Dort and Emma Peterson showed flexibility and versatility playing in new roles.

MCC will be at home on Saturday against Terra State.
