WHITEHALL – The North Muskegon volleyball team wrapped up the regular season with a 1-1 split in a tri-match on Thursday evening.

The Norse fell to host Whitehall (21-25, 17-25), but topped Reeths-Puffer in a tight contest (25-23, 21-25, 15-10).

Allie Jensen led the Norse with 23 digs, 11 kills and three aces, while Fia Lindsay had 10 kills and a pair of blocks. Sami Baker added 29 assists, 11 digs and two aces. Olivia Peterson chipped in six kills and two blocks.

The Rockets went winless on the night with losses against North Muskegon and Whitehall (25-17, 16-25, 16-18).

Mady Snyder had 19 kills, 13 digs and four aces. Alissa Klopp threw in nine kills and three blocks, while Grace Darke had 42 assists, 14 digs and an ace. Megan Barmes contributed 28 digs and five aces. 

North Muskegon (19-13) will kick of Division 3 district action on Monday at Fennville. The Norse will face Saugatuck. 

Reeths-Puffer (7-29-1) will visit Grand Haven on Wednesday to take on the Bucs for the Division 1 district semifinal.

Whitehall will host Montague on Monday to start its postseason play.
