Oakridge soccer tops Manistee in West Michigan Conference Lakes matchup

MUSKEGON – The Oakridge boys soccer team closed out their regular season West Michigan Conference-Lakes action over Manistee on Monday.

The Eagles took down Manistee, 5-2.

Arturo Romero-Serrano returned from injury with a vengeance and posted four scores on the night. Landon Meacher added a pair of assists and a single goal. Dalles Meyers supported with an assist.

Goalkeeper Isaac Willard stopped nine shots for the Eagles.

Oakridge (9-7-1, 5-4-1) will play host to Pentwater on Wednesday.

Manistee (9-4-2, 4-3-2) will be at home for league play on Wednesday against Fremont.
