NORTON SHORES – The Mona Shores girls basketball team fell into a second-half slump and fell to Wyoming, 43-38, in an OK Conference-Green catchup on Wednesday evening.

The Sailors were up 14-10 after the first half, but Wyoming found a spark and went on a 33-24 second-half scoring run to steal the victory.

Khaleeya Cook led the Sailors with 17 points, followed by Katie Phillips with nine points. Maddie Russell chipped in six points.

Mona Shores (5-6, 1-3) travels to Grand Rapids Union on Friday for another conference contest.
