UNIVERSITY CENTER – The Muskegon Community College Jayhawk men had more than enough of Delta’s Jamhal Trice on Wednesday night.

Trice scorched the nets for 41 points and led Delta to a 90-73 victory over the Jayhawks.

Delta led 37-35 at the half, but then exploded for 53 second-half points to earn the double-digit victory.

MCC fell behind early in the game due to turnovers, but battled back to within two at the half.

In the second half, there were two ties and two lead changes, but ultimately, Delta pulled away.

Ben Clark led the Jayhawks (8-13, 4-4) with 18 points and six rebounds. Jadakiss Lewis had 15 points and Jacob Mueller had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rounds.
