MUSKEGON – The Reeths-Puffer girls basketball team chipped away at Zeeland West for a 42-40 comeback win on Friday evening.

The Rockets trailed in the first three quarters and finally broke through in the fourth to outscore Zeeland West 12-5 to steal the game.

Brooklyn Tornes led the Rockets with 18 points and six rebounds, while Irelyn Nicklasch posted a double-double of 10 points and 14 rebounds. Aslyn David chipped in nine rebounds.

Reeths-Puffer (9-11, 8-6) will close out the regular season at Hudsonville on Tuesday.
