Turnovers cost Muskegon Catholic dearly in league loss to West Michigan Aviation

MUSKEGON – The Muskegon Catholic Central boys’ basketball team suffered an Alliance League loss in a turnover-plagued game on Tuesday evening.

The Crusaders fell to West Michigan Aviation Academy, 66-57.

Aaron Lamach led the scoring for the Crusaders with 17 points, while Owen Lyonnais added 14 points and five steals. Jacob Lyonnais scored 12 points and pulled down seven rebounds. Jake Westhoff had 10 rebounds.

Muskegon Catholic Central (4-16, 1-6) will travel to Kentwood Grand River Prep for conference play on Tuesday.
