The Reeths-Puffer boys’ basketball team plowed past Grand Rapids Union 81-43 on Tuesday night in an O-K Green contest.
The Rockets jumped out to a 19-8 lead after the first quarter, had a 45-18 halftime advantage and were up 62-34 going into the final quarter.
Jaxson Whitaker propelled Reeths-Puffer with 23 points and four assists while Brayden Mitchelson added 18 points, nine rebounds and five assists.
The Rockets also had solid performances from Travis Ambrose with 15 points and three blocks and Antrel Jones contributed with six points, three steals and four assists.
Reeths-Puffer is now 16-2 on the season, 10-1 in league action.
