HUDSONVILLE – The Mona Shores girls’ soccer team was edged out, 2-1, in a tight game on the road against Unity Christian on Tuesday.
Ella Kinney opened the scoring in the first half with the Sailors’ lone goal off an assist from Lilly Houle.
Annie Zambon, Summer Darrow, Ava Freye and Addison Fisher also made strong efforts on the field.
Mona Shores (3-1) will be at home against Reeths-Puffer on Tuesday, April 9.
