Hart soccer, powered by Mena’s hat trick, blanks Chippewa Hills, 6-0

HART – The Hart girls soccer team blew by Chippewa Hills 6-0 on Friday evening.

The Pirates moved to five wins on the season which is the most since 2016.

Lilliana Mena scored a three-goal hat trick and an assist. Breslyn Porter added a pair of goals and Addison Kokx had a goal and assist. Sydney Goodrich chipped in a single assist.

The backline of Rhylly Brown, Mercedes Torres, April Chaffee, Faith VanderVlucht, Kailey Edenburn and Marissa Goodrich limited Chippewa Hills to just two shots.

Hart (5-3, 1-2) visits Oakridge for a West Michigan Conference matchup on Monday.
