The Reeths-Puffer baseball team pounded out 32 runs in a doubleheader sweep over Muskegon on Tuesday night.

The Rockets won the opener 17-1 in three innings, then just needed three innings to blank Muskegon 15-0 in the second contest.

Drew Brooks won Game 1, allowing no hits in two innings while striking out five batters. Jack Yonkman pitched the final inning, allowing one hit and striking out two.

The Rockets were led offensively in Game 1 by Trent Reichert with two hits and three RBI, while Ethan Frang and Landyn Wilson each added a hit.

Colton Bessinger earned the Game 2 win, allowing no hits and striking out two in two innings while Jayden Wiseman struck out the side in the final inning.

The Rockets were paced by Holden Earnest and Caiden Theisen with two hits apiece. Cade Paugh and Quinn Alderink each had a hit.
